Tech meets
community.

I build more accessible, more human technology — and spend the rest of my time giving back to the communities I love.

What I do

Right now I'm a PACE/Salesforce Support Analyst at the NDIA — helping make sure the digital side of the National Disability Insurance Scheme actually works for the people who need it most. I bring lived experience with disability to that role, so I'm not just thinking about whether things are functional — I'm thinking about whether they're genuinely usable.

I moved back into the IT world after a stint as an Access Assessor, and it felt like coming home. I care deeply about the NDIS's long-term sustainability, and I believe smarter, more accessible technology is a big part of how we protect it.

"I love the intersection where tech meets community — where a well-built system can genuinely level the playing field."

Background

My career path is a bit of a winding one — government admin, youth work, hands-on tech support. I've rolled out Microsoft 365 suites for Sea Scouts, managed hardware fleets in schools, and produced sound for the LEMP Podcast. The common thread through all of it is making complicated systems make sense to the people actually using them.

On the leadership side, I've served as Secretary for the Melbourne Furry Convention and as RMIT's Queer Officer — two very different roles that both sharpened my ability to navigate high-level governance and advocate for a community properly.

Outside work

When I'm not in front of a screen, I'm usually on a field, in the bush, or running a games night online. Community isn't just a professional value for me — it's how I actually spend my time.
